E-Mails in Social Pane are shown expanded by default

Hello MS-CRM Community,

we got an issue with the appearance of the SocialPane in all forms.

E-Mail Aktivities are shown expanded by default, when opening any form in any entity <look at Screenshot>. Other Activities are shown in the normal way.

The issue can be fixed temporarily be resetting the Internet-Explorer and it just appears by using the latest IE-Version and just on Microsoft Surface Devices.

Can anybody tell me how to fix this issue?

    I am experiencing this issue too with CRM 2016 on Windows 10 with IE 11. It seems isolated only to this computer (and only in IE 11, Edge is fine) as other PCs do not experience this behavior. Very odd.

    Wondering if anyone has came up with fix for this? I have this happening with single user on an Microsoft hosted CRM 2016 instance. Client computer is Windows 10 with IE11. Chrome 57 does not exhibit the same behavior.

    Can anybody tell me if the Problem ist really fixed in CRM 2013 Update Rollup 4?

    Already contacted MS-Support, but were still on this.

    Try Update Rollup 4

    I have the same issue with some users, but not all.
