Hi Experts,

I have two customer accounts 1234 and 5421
I can edit or change the information on Sales order confirmation print management for account example: 1234 but on 5421 the change or edit information is grayed out. How to enable it to other customer accounts? Thank you

Have you tried doing a right mouse click and selected override?
