Purchase/ sales line level approval

Hii,

Is this possible to have a line level approval on purchase / sales records?
like first line level goes for approval to user 1 and line level approval goes to user 2 and overall approval for the same record goes to user 3 in Business central through workflows or power automate and from Al code (customization)?

Hello,

Yes, it is possible to set up a multi-level approval process for purchase and sales records by way of Customization or Power Automate Flow.

In Standard Business Central these feature is not available.

Hello, there is no standard functionality for line level approval however you can use Power Automate if you prefer a no-code approach with flexibility or you can use AL Customization if you need a fully integrated approval process within BC. As far as I know, this cannot be done by standard method. You can refer to the process of General Journals to customize it.

We don't have it as a standard feature in Business Central, but I can assure you that this is achievable with Business Central and Power Automate, along with some customization.

Agree with the previous responses, its not the standard functionality but you can customize it and yes you can follow the general line level approval workflow.
