Apply PO change management retrospectively

Hi,

We are migrating several hundred POs to a new legal entity. As they are already approved we switch change management off to migrate them in. The issue is that when we enable change management post migration this only applies to new POs. The migrated POs can be edited without forcing the user to submit to workflow. 

Does anyone know of a way around this without dev? Don't really want them to be editable but equally don't fancy submitting 400 POs for approval!

    Hi Davec,

    This behavior is due to the fact that, these POs were not created using the change management process. They would be editable by using the Request change action.

    To resolve this, you might have to setup an auto approval workflow and submit the POs. Once the auto-approval is applied on them, they would behave as you expect.
