Hello,
Is there anyone who can share a list of GP tables for version 2018 in Excel?
Much appreciate if you can help..
Thanks!
You can click on Microsoft Dynamics GP -> Tools -> Resource Descriptions -> Tables pick a series and then click Print and dump the tables list out to a file. This may be more helpful then using SSMS as you will get table descriptions.
You can also use GP Power Tools Resource Information and Resource Explorer windows.
The table explorer can display all windows in all products in all series in all table groups and then the results can be exported. However, using the Resource Information window instead of referencing a spreadsheet is much efficient as you can then drill down to fields on the tables, check where else fields are used, see what tables are attached to forms and much more.
The Resource Finder window will identify where specific fields are stored as you tab through a window.
Also, the various spreadsheets and online databases with table data that you might find were created using GP Power Tools and the script I published.

Elena,
Aside of David's and Richard's suggestions, there is an online resource reference maintained by Ian Grieve from AzureCurve in the UK..
It does not contain ISV products, but for the core GP modules, it's very handy

My 1st Go-To goes to the Exported table & field definitions that were done years ago with the help of GPPT (at the time known as SDT) that I keep in an Excel workbook. Of course, it's not actual anymore, as since GP 2013 many core GP tables have had changes and field additions, but it's still a useful reference for a quick search.
Hey Beat
Guess where Ian got the data from?
There is an Excel version of the GP table list in the GP SDK, which I use all the time. The SDK is on the installation disk under Tools > SDK.
Sadly the SDK is not being kept up to date and so that spreadsheet will be getting out of date.
Also it does not include any non-Microsoft products.
Once you have used Resource Information and Resource Finder in GP Power Tools, there is no going back to spreadsheets.
Install the free 30 day trial and see for yourself.
