    Hi Funmilayo

One of the Dynamics GP 2013 features does just what you need - Consolidated Invoicing

This could give you a good reason to upgrade!

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi again,

If you are not on GP 2013, Binary Stream has a module called Sales Document Consolidation that will also do what you need:

    www.binarystream.com/sales_document_consolidation.asp

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

PS - of course, there's always SQL or VBA, but I wouldn't recommend it.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

But it looks like it is a special feature.

Because I can't find the module and am using 2013.

    Thank you.

Here is the link to the initial post about this feature.  If you can't get to the learning log for it anymore, I have a copy of it I can send to you.

I have to say, it sounded great when it was first announced, but I didn't find it was going to do what I wanted.  It requires the Advanced Distribution Module to be registered and setup.  It also uses the Fulfilment Order process and this adds quite a number of extra steps for the users.

There is probably a way to speed it up or reduce steps, but the requirement I was looking at wasn't strong enough to warrant any extra investigation.
