Number sequence 0 does not exist

Hi

A user is getting the error "number sequence 0 does not exist" when they try and report feedback on a users job registration.

Here are the steps to get to the error

Under Production module -> Periodic -> Manufacturing Execution > Job Registration -> the window that appears select the All Option ->

Then on the next window select as below  -> Open resource group

Enter a login ID then select complete on the top bar (report feedback)

Then hit ok

Any help would be appreciated

    Could you just be missing a number sequence under Production, Setup, Manufacturing execution, Manufacturing execution parameters?

    Hi

    I was recently getting this error and there can probably be several reasons for this. In my case it was missing setup under Production control/Setup/Manufacturing execution/Production parameters/General/Time journal - specify your job/route card journal name in the drop down field there. Also check that you have the same specified under another field in the same form: Operations/Route consumption journal.
