GP 2013, Problem with RMS Item Import

Hi All,

We are stumbling on an issue when trying to import items from RMS HQ 2.0.1004 into GP 2013 test company.

We receive the following error " SQL Native client 10.0 violation of Primary key constraint PK#0130124. Cannot set duplicate key in object dbo##0130124'. The duplicate key value is (inter 9852 seal).

Any help would be appreciated.

Turned out to be duplicate items in HQ. These were carried over from our current ERP which is flat file.

Does it which table this PK belongs? That value looks like an item number. I thought the RMS integration only dealt with ledger entries.
