Hi everyone,
I need to configure a hierarchical workflow, the issue comes from the following scenario:
Worker A -> Manager 1 -> Manager 2 -> Manager 3 -> CEO
Worker B -> Manager 4 -> Manager 5 -> CEO
Worker C -> MAnager 6 -> CEO
(The CEO does not have someone above him in the configuration of Positions)

If "Line manager level" = 4, it works for Worker A, but Worker B and C after the CEO approves, I get an error saying it couldn't retrieve the next approver.
If "Line manager level" = 3, it works for Worker B, but Worker C after the CEO approves, I get an error saying it couldn't retrieve the next approver. And for Worker A the CEO never gets approval.
....
Has anyone faced something similar?
I would appreciate any ideas of what the possible solution is.
