Hi all,

I am attempting to create a price list for all of the products I have uploaded into D365 for Sales but am having some issues. I have 4000+ products uploaded into the product catalog already, and I want to associate all of these with our Default 2021 Price List at once, but I cannot seem to figure how to do so. Is there any way to do this without going into each product in the catalog and doing it from the form there manually?

Hi Dominic,

We can achieve it by importing price list items.

Go to Settings > Data Management > Templates for Data Import, select Price List Item and download.

Open the Excel, enter the data. The columns Price List, Product, Unit, Quantity Selling Option, Pricing Method, Amount are required.

You can export all Products, and then copy the data in the "Product Name" column of Products Excel and paste it into the "Product" column in Price List Item Excel.

Finally import the Price List Item Excel into D365.
