Electronic Bank Rec Transactions Downloaded Twice

Hi,

I've run into a situation where the November electronic bank rec transactions were downloaded instead of the December transactions.  Is there a way to clear out the November transactions or will downloading December's transactions take care of the issue?

Any help/input would be appreciated.
