Credit Limit vs Credit Available

We have a very interesting bug here. In the customers account, when expanding the "Related Information" sidebar and expanding "Credit Limit" we see the following
 
The customers credit limit is only 50,000 - though their credit available is showing as 2,528,638.67
 
Any ideas here?

    Which currency is setup on the Customer? As the credit limit entered is in USD.
     
    If Customer is having different currency then USD then that could be the cause of this difference.
     
    Please check and confirm.

    Could you please provide more information about this -
    1. Accounting Currency as per General Ledger Setup
    2. Default Currency used in the Customer Master
    3. Details of Customer Transaction (Open & Closed) with the currency being used.
     
    Potential Causes
    1. Credit Management Setup:
      • Ensure that the credit management setup is correctly configured. Sometimes, issues with blocking rules or credit management checkpoints can cause discrepancies.
    2. Currency Conversion:
      • Verify if there are any issues with currency conversion. If the credit limit and credit available are in different currencies, conversion errors might lead to incorrect values.
    3. Bug in Version:
      • There might be a bug in the version of Dynamics 365 you are using. Some versions have known issues with credit checks and credit limits.
    4. Transaction Errors:
      • Check for any transaction errors or inconsistencies in the customer's account. Incorrect postings or missing transactions can affect the credit available.
