Account rollup function in management reporter

Hello Experts

Is there any function available to rollup the main account account alone in my custom made Trail balance? Currently its bringing all account with combination of all dimension in the report which is comes more than 5000 records?

Whereas, If I use only the Account  which mentioned below then my TB is  bring only main account but all values and not matching. Please let me know, Is there any function available in the reporter to roll-up the account and match the value with the standard TB?

    The last screenshot where you have only main account defined as your financial dimension link should give you the right balance.

    If it's not, then:

    Check your Column definition for any filters it may be applying.

    What are you trying to match against? Have you checked your dates to confirm you're comparing the same period? Drill into the FR report lines to try and identify differences in what you see posted to the GL. If the difference is made up of transactions posted after a specific date, then that implies there's an issue in the data mart getting the data and that's where you'd need to look to resolve.
