Hi All,

We encounter an issue with the outlook (O365) integration with Business Central (v14, on prem). We used “Assisted setup” to connect Oulook (O365) to Business Central. The business Central icon appears in the Outlook client. When we use the BC icon in outlook, it will retrieve the basic data such opening balance etc. So far so good.

However, I found the following error in te event-log on the server:

Error accessing Website
Unhandled error occurred on a browser or device client:

  "clientInfo": {
    "platform": "Win32",
    "userAgent": "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; WebView/3.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.18362",

  },
  "message": "Toegang geweigerd.\r\n", ##--> It says “Access denied”

    "lineNumber": 4508,

  },
  "detailedMessage": "ErrorInfo.GetStackTrace: Stack trace not available in this browser.",
  "silent": true
}

So next, When I want to send the attachment of the email to the 'incoming document' box in BC, it never happens. The Oulook pluging keeps on trying/working/something .... No error appears…

Any idea how to find the error and -more important- hot solve this?

Thanks!

    Hello,
    Does this work for you with Outlook Web Access (OWA)? I think it should. If it does, then this is known to us with the native Outlook client. You should test with the latest June CU which has improvements added to this functionality.

    Hi Mohamad,

    Your post was helpful. It works perfect in OWA. Also I found the description of the fix in the notes of CU13.

    Thanks for the help!

    Best regards,

    Guy
