Depreciation Projection Button is gray for a single Power User and for only 2 out of 4 GP Companies.

HI-

We had a user (Power User), run "GL Posting" and during the print job, GP threw an error:  ".print Client Windows has stopped working".

The Transaction edit list printed with incorrect expense accounts. This wasn't a concern as we deleted the GL batch, since we were doing an initial FA Import.

This user was left with the Depreciation Projection button is now gray and it is frozen.  The "internal", is stuck on selected book.  Image to the right, is what it should look like.

Anyone else experience this?

    Hi Nicole,

    I have ran in to the Depreciation button being grayed out in the past and the following is what fixed it:
