I have a user getting system error 20223 when opening any form. I have removed and reinstalled the client software and I also installed in new user profile on same workstation.but the problem persists. When I change the customization level from 'self' to standard it goes away. Are there any temp files that may be corrupt that are not removed upon uninstall? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi - I am supporting a Solomon 6.5 installation. We need to install Solomon client on local work stations. I did install the client to my PC as a test and on any screen with a customization, I get the error 20223 (saying it could not load the form into the VBA Project and it could not enter Customization mode). I have tried copying over swimapi.dll & swimapi.tlb files and Solomon would then not even let me log-in. We have 16 forms with large customizations (VBA) and any of those forms are giving me problems. Could this be something with the VBA version? Looking for help...
Hi, Dan. If noone has yet helped you, I had the same issue with an install to a new workstation of 6.5. I saw your post as I was searching. I looked on the old machine hard disk and found that the swimapi.dll and swimapi.tlb were older versions from the reinstall than the workstations were running in the facility. So, I renamed the two older files and copied the newer files from the old harddisk (also works from another currrent workstation) and this not only fixed my new install, it also fixed the temporary workstation that I put in when one goes down and I'm waiting on a new one to arrive.
