Account and Contact Missing from Playbook List of Record Types

Posted on by 15

In the list of record types to associate a playbook with, I'm missing Account and Contact and can't see anything different between these entities and those that are showing.  Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi Courtney,

    Hope you are well.

Please confirm these two issues in your app:

    1. Check if Playbook exist in Account and Contact form's Related tab.

    2. Check if Account and Contact are existing in Playbook Callable Contexts of Advanced find.

If not exist, please add Account and Contact and then check if Playbook feature is enabled for Account and Contact entity.

    Best Regards,
