Hello Everyone!!!:)

Task: Create an integration between Dynamics AX and Coach’s MySQL Sales Configurator to pull approved orders (ie. Work orders) from the Sales configurator to Dynamics AX as a Sales order.

Can someone pls explain how to perform this task properly???

It depends on many conditions, for example:

Can both system access the other, or is it possible just in one way, or they don't see each other and you need something in between?

Which system should trigger the transfer and how?

Is it required to be synchronous? Or scheduled?

How much data will be transferred?

What are requirements regarding security?

Just to give you a few examples, there could be an AX job directly connecting to the DB, the other system could call AIF document service exposed by AX, it could create a file that would be transferred and imported to AX and so on...
