Is there a best practice on how to limit the Price List Items that are synchronized to the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app?
The default filter is set to related Price Lists and when attempting to add a custom filter, we get the error
'You can't set the the All Record or Other Data filters for unowned tables'.
The goal is to filter out the Price List Items for Products that are retired.
Due to the ownership being set to None for the Price List Item, is there a way to apply that filter?
Only option I see at the moment is having a flow that goes through the Price Lists and delete the Price List Items for Products that are retired.
Any other options?

Hi Hartmut.
Your solution with the Flow sounds very solid. It should be part of the process of retiring an item/product. How about adding this Flow trigger on the update of a product when the status is retired?
It will also keep the Price List cleaner and help the commercial set the price.
