Thanks in advance.

    Hi Imran Ul Haq,

Do your refer to the purchase order confirmations document?

    Best regards,

    Hi Imran,

I double checked the system behavior in a R3 CU12 system and cannot replicate your issue.

Do you face this problem only in your PROD Environment or can you replicate it in a DEMO/TEST environment?

To me it seems like a but that can be fixed by a hotfix or system upgrade to the next CU.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

    Thanks for your reply.

Actually recently i got this case of editing the PO, so i tried only on my test environment which is the replica of the production server and found this situation. Can you please refer me the hot fix or KB number if you know.

    Hi Imran Ul Haq,

I already had a quick look at LCS but can't tell you which hotfix will resolve the issue.

There have been a lot of hotfixed released to resolve issues related to purchase order confirmations.

Probably try to check which one might fit to your system environment.

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Results;v=16_15_7_5_4_3_1&i=2_1_3_4&ct=1_3_5_4_2_6&ft=1_2_3&cu=&pi=&pm=&pc=&rd=&d=&envId=&permission=&x=0&y=0

If you can't find a hotfix that seems to fit, get a developer involved to debug and fix the issue directly. I do not think that it can be something big to correct.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Imran,

I do believe you need update PO line qty, not just PO line delivery reminder if you want to see updated quantity on PO line.

    Regards,

    Hi Viesturs,

I believe once we confirm the PO and receive the material we can not update the PO line qty. Also i tried doing but system doesn't allow me to update.

    Hi Imran Ul Haq,

Do you have change management activated or any other system modification that prevents you making those changes?

Do you experience the same in your demo/test environment or is this only an effect that you can identify in your live environment.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

Yes we have activated the change management. And it is the same in the test and production server.

    Hi Imran Ul Haq,

I would expect that you can change the quanity if you (temporarily) deactivate change management. Can you confirm this?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
