Purchase Requisition - Request Change

Hi All,

I have noticed that when a change is requested on a PR, the entire WF is restarted 'the workflow is cancelled' and the complete approval status is restarted,

Is that a normal logic for the system? as what is the difference between 'reject' and 'resubmit' if they have the same result.

I have the same question (0)

RE: Purchase Requisition - Request Change

    Hi Hind Hindash,

The request change is used only when a PR status is in review. And the workflow will be restarted. The approval status can't be restarted. If the PR line is approved, the request change can only be done in PR header.

The request change can be assigned to any user who has privileges to modify it. Use this procedure to add some additional information. The reject option will return the PR only to the preparer.
