    Hi Swapnil,

    As per this line

    An error occurred in the Create TAT plug-in.An error occurred in the Create TAT Escalation plug-in.The given key was not present in the dictionary.

    As per my knowledge, this means that if any field which we are using not available in CRM Entity, then it will throw this type of error.

    And as per your comment in another thread for Same Question

    *Object Reference is not set to instance of an object*

    Did you miss any null check?

    Please check this 2 things and hope it will helps you.
