Hi,
We installed RMS version 2 SP2, actually we are using fine but today we got error runtime error 6 Overflow when we login to store manager. I try to search in KB, there are hotfix#10 KB953947 to solve this. I think this hotfix is rolledup in SP3. However we cannot upgrade to SP3 because we have some hook installed, so I dont want to install SP3.
The question is where can I get just only hotfix#10? Or is there any way to solve this issue?

Just go onto CustomerSource and download it separately. The SPs just include all hotfixes since the last SP.
I'm surprised that a hook you have installed won't work on SP3 though! Did the developer tell this?
