Annotations shift in the team sessions in a Remote Assist call. Video recording also records the misplacement of the annotations.

Hi,

We are testing HL2 with remote assist in *** cancer surgeries. The main purpose is to have an experienced surgeon helping a not so experienced one, remotely. The surgery must be video recorded.

There are two issues with the annotations. In the remote screen (teams session) after the "edit scene" process, the annotations get´s out of the place, in the HL2 session the surgeon sees them in the correct place. In the recorded session the annotations also get´s out of the place, like in teams session.

The precision of the annotations on the teams session and in the recording are critical for the success of the test.

Any ideas how can we solve these?

Thanks,

Mário

    Hi Mário,

Please refer to the following doc to enable the PV camera render setting to improve the alignment accuracy of annotations.
