CRM 2013 An error has occurred.

Hi,

I run CRM 2013 on premise for everything  on a single server in Windows 2012. It works before. During the weekend, we moved the server to the computer room and had some trouble of joining the domain but it has been fixed. Now while I'm trying to login, it came with:

"An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."

On the Event Viewer, It has error 20242 from MSCRMSandboxClient

"The Sandbox SDK Listener failed to start.

Source: w3wp.exe (5520)

Endpoint: net.tcp://localhost/CrmSandboxSdkListener-w3wp

Error: System.ServiceModel.AddressAlreadyInUseException: The TransportManager failed to listen on the supplied URI using the NetTcpPortSharing service: the service failed to listen."

Would someone come up with a solution about this? Every comment is highly appreciated.

Here are the two kb articles describing when this error can occur.

    support.microsoft.com/.../2833575

    support.microsoft.com/.../2785590

Apart from the above this error is also noticed to occur when a debugger is attached to the CRMAppPool.

Essentially when WAS(Windows Activation Process) decides to recycle CRMAppPool based on any of the AppPool Settings, and if a debugger is attached to CRMAppPool at that time then WAS might fail to do a clean shutdown/restart of CRMAppPool but leaving it in  an unhealthy state. In such a scenario one might see the above error getting logged in Event logs.
