How to print form the dynamic crm online.

Hi,

I have requirement to print letter on click of the ribbon button. 

I have below queries,

1. Is there any way to print letter from online crm.

2. How can it open the letter document automatically while the letter is created?

    Hi,

    You can create Word Template or you can create SSRS report as well using fetch xml and open that SSRS report

    community.dynamics.com/.../auto-generate-word-template-in-dynamics-crm-2016-and-attach-in-email
