CPOS error on click of Current Transaction tile

Hi All,

I have just setup retail on my development VM and i am getting below error on CPOS app while clicking Current transaction tile.

The application has encountered an error. Try again or contact your administrator to fix this problem.

Full sync 9999 job has successfully ran. I can search customer, product. but some how getting this error as shown above. It doesn't show up anything in event viewer as such under Retail-Commerce as shown below.

    Can you please see the MPOS event viewer error log, maybe you get some information and if there is any log in MPOS folder then please share with us.

    Or try to catch an error over the wire by leveraging you browser's Developer Tools (F12) option or by using any utility capable of intercepting HTTP traffic.

    One way is to open Edge/Chrome to try debug.

    Another way is you can start retail SDK to debug the CPOS code.
