Smartlist options in GP2013 R2

Hi all,

We just upgraded a customer from GP2010 to GP2013 R2. We find that certain options in Smartlist are not working: Account Transactions with Dimensions, GL Transactions with Dimensions, Payable Transactions with Dimensions, Receivable Transactions with Dimensions. We get the error "This module is not registered. To register this module, contact your Microsoft Dynamics GP representative."

I am not familiar with this customer's previous GP versions but I am not sure what the Dimensions in this case means.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello SARAS

    Apparently, these are not a predefined Dynamics GP smartlists, rather customized ones. I believe they have been built using the Smartlist builder of eOne.

    You need to proceed checking the registration of Smartlist Builder accordingly.

    Hi Saras!

    I am wondering if these were created in Smart List Builder, do you have smart list builder installed within Dynamics GP? You would be able to check this by following the path below.

    Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Customize | Customization Status

    This will help you see if you have Smart List Builder installed. If you do have Smart List builder it could be an issue with it.
