Good afternoon!

My name is Richard and I work for an MSP.. One of our clients is reporting a missing Overview button when selecting an Account Schedule. Please refer to the highlighted yellow section. This is where the Overview button was located prior to its disappearance. Please advise on a resolution path.

    Hi, It looks like your client has upgraded to BC21. In BC21, some function names related to Account Schedule have changed. Hope the following information can help you.

    Overview has been removed, you client on the Financial Report name and the overview opens. Functionally this area changed a bit.
