    Hi Muhammad Burhan Zahoor,

Can you provide some additional information how your costing sheet is setup?

Especially the indirect cost element and at which level it is applied (subtype field).

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

    Thanks for your reply!

I have apply this indirect charges only for F.G. Item not for child (Pegged production order) item. When we run BOM calculation and see cost then above indirect cost also allocated with child (Pegged) Production order with zero amount.

    Hi,

What do you see in the general tab?

Can you also share that screen?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Have you tried taking out the per item parameter?

In addition, did you intentionally setup the output unit based node type and/or could you alternatively make use of a surcharge node?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

    Thanks for your valuable addition!

Every group item required to post indirect charges of 100, so per item check box is checked in our case.

I have to apply indirect charges of 100 rupees in every produced item of specific group through production. So I used output unit based node.

    Regards,

    Muhammad Burhan

    Hi Muhammad Burhan,

If you require this node type, you can only check if de-activating the per-item checkbox helps.

If it does not then I would say that you need to modify something here.

Would be great if you could run an additional test production order with an updated costing sheet that has the per item parameter deactivated and keep us updated here.

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

    Thanks Ludwig for reply!

In General tab, If we unchecked the per item check box then in calculation tab Item group wise rate not give on it. But in our case I have to apply item group wise indirect cost.Costing-Sheet-5.png
