Displaying All Line Items from Sales Orders

Hi:

I have created a sales order report using Report Builder in Jet Reports showing customer data, sales order numbers, and sales line item data.

But, only the first line item appears for each sales order.

Each order has more than one line item. Again, only the first is displaying in the report for each order. How do I get them all to display?

If you want one list view then yes sales line as the main table. Add header fields using the nl(“first”) formula filtering on the document type and document no. This way you can pull in the required header fields and have it all in one row.

The grouping is more like the sales order card page in BC. Header section and then lines. Grouping is a method for achieving this with Jet

Hi There, Josh:

I'm afraid that I'm not understanding.

I'm not wanting to group. I want to show each item per sales order number and, therefore, multiple rows for each sales order.

Now, I have the Sales Header as the main table and the Sales Line as the "subordinate" table joined by document number.

Should I have instead made the Sales Line table as the main table, or would that have made a difference?
