In Tools >> Resources Description >> Tables Menu, GP show the next error: 

The form does not have the links table in the scroll window.

Form load failed

EXCEPTION_CLASS_FORM_MEMORY

    Please check is the user who is getting the error has read and write permissions to the GP folder.
