Portal : New End Client / Customer Onboarding

Hi,

We are looking for methods to use portals features for new client onboarding process.

Is it possible?

If so, can we map a process which is designed in  Dynamics365.

    Hi,

    There are 4 types of Portals that you can configure. If you needs anything custom process like 'Client On-boarding', you first need to customize your CRM to have this process in place and then customize the portals to add the web pages, permissions etc.

    So to answer your questions... Yes, it is possible but this would not comes by default, you need to customize CRM & portals for it.
