We are new to RTC and are in the process of setting up NAV2015. With regards to the cue blocks - is there a way to filter the cue to show only the records based on the users location/responsibility center? Currently the cue block counts the total of all location/responsibility centers, yet when the cue is opened it is filtered to only show the filtered list. Ie - the Count # on the cue does not equal the displayed list.
