Arabic description Printing in D365 Retail for Cloud POS in Receipt

I have added a custom field in D365 receipt and updated it on the Receipt Format. Now I need to print the Item Description in Arabic from backend. I dont know on which project i need to write the code so that it gets affected. Any solutions regarding this will be really helpfull.

Hi Sambit,

Please, check Retail SDK\SampleExtensions\CommerceRuntime\Extensions.ReceiptsSample for sample how to implement new receipt fields.

You do not need to customize standard projects, you should create your new solution and project for Commerce Runtime extension - this is a new extensibility pattern.

Hi Sambit

You can achieve this without any customization. Just add the Arabic description in search name field of product master and add the name alias field to receipt format and sync job 1090.
