We are using warehouse management in D365. For a project PO (with corresponding Item Requirements but no auto-consumption), receiving was done using warehouse mobile app. After registration, PO project receipt is posted. Later, found that one of the PO lines quantity was wrong, hence product receipt needs to be corrected. Default function of Product Receipt Correction does not work for WMS, and product receipt can't be canceled because item requirements exist.
What's the solution??
Steps to reproduce:
Assume: single PO line having released product correctly setup with WMS configs
1. Create Project PO with automatic creation of Item Requirements without auto consumption (settings in project accounting parameters).
2. Register the receipt using 'PO item receiving and putway' mobile item in warehouse mobile app.
3. Post a product receipt in D365 for the registered quantity.
4. Later, realized that received quantity was wrong, hence needs to be corrected.
5. Product Receipt Correction is not supported for WMS.
6. Product Receipt Cancellation is not supported because of Item Requirement.
Thoughts on a straight forward solution??
