When trying to spool a report on dynamics CRM, the following error shows:

Reporting Error

Error occurred while getting the data source contents for the report.

Error Details: Error occurred while getting the data source contents.

I will appreciate any useful suggested way to resolve this error.

    Hi Alawode,

    Which version of CRM do you have?

    Did you update the CRM in last time?

    Did you install correctly the SRSConnector?

    Is this issue happening on CRM 2011 Server?

    The version of CRM installed is 2011.

    I did not update CRM in recent time and also i did not install SRSConnector recently.

    but the reports worked before or didn't work always?

    In the first case you have to install the SRSConnector most likely.
