Using SL 2015 to report on the Mexican SAT website

I'm in the process of upgrading to SL 2015, and at the same time bringing on a new business operation in Mexico. I understand that the Mexican government has strict financial reporting guidelines, which include uploading data directly to the government's SAT website. Does anyone know of any third party applications that can be used to do this?

you need to customice AR, AP, OM and GL modules to be able to send information to SAT
