We are using AX 2012 R3 CU13 version. In live environment we are frequently facing issue of not having Available physical in the on hand lines when there is some physical inventory.
We are unable to use that on hand line in any of the transactions as it throws error as '0 (or) No Available physical is present'
We have also checked for any reservations for the Inventory dimensions of that on hand line but there are no such entries.
We are running Consistency check which is updating the quantity and resolving the above issue , but we want to understand why such transactions are creating and are clueless to crack the issue.
if any one facing similar issue please provide your views and observations.
