My customer has sent out an email campaign and the tracking data are coming in. While monitoring the results of the campaign, we discovered that the insights of the email are incorrect. For example: the unique opens are way more than the total number of opens. The same counts for click insights; the number of unique clicks is more than the total number of clicks.
Does anyone experience the same issues? Did someone talk with Microsoft about this yet?

The insights for an email default all of the customer journeys the email has been used in. In order to see the results for a particular customer journey, you must filter using the dropdown as shown below. If this doesn't fix the issue for you, please let me know and I can work with you to get someone to look into the issue.
