Custom Icon showing in top navigation - Import Data and Advanced Find

In my Sandbox environment Unified Interface Apps - both Custom App and Sales Hub I am seeing additional icons (custom icon image)  in my top navigation that appear to point to Import Data and Advanced Find, although when you click on them they do nothing.  I also have a pure vanilla sandbox which doesn't show these in the Sales Hub App.

Anyone know where these came from?

Also is there a way to customize this top navigation

Here is what I did - updated the Ribbon Workbench under the MscrmGlobalTab section - hid two buttons 'Import Data' and 'Advanced Find'  These removed the two buttons with similar descriptions that displayed as custom icons.

Not entirely sure Lori, Ribbon Customizations can behave a bit differently in legacy web client and Unified Interface.

So even though they didn't display as "Global Commands" (a concept that didn't exist in legacy web client), they must have come from other ribbon customizations that had been made

I just noticed that these custom icons only appear in the Unified Interface App, not in the legacy web client app.  If these were customization's  we did through Ribbon Workbench wouldn't they appear in both interfaces?

    Hi Lori,

The top bar action are Global Commands.
They are probably legacy customization that you have done on your environment.
Maybe explore how you can remove them with the Ribbon Workbench?

I had this happen but can't for the life of me remember the fix! I created a support case with Microsoft. Sorry I coudn't be more helpful, it was an easy fix.
