Can it be investigated on which Environment needs removing and this is done please, every time anyone log’s in or switches companies we get the below message.
This is probably linked to the request already in place to having only the one sandbox on BC that we all use and have access to, I just wanted to note it down.
Currently we have 3 what appear to be test Environments on BC compared to only the one on CRM, they are designated Sandbox, Sandbox V21 and Support.
Anything you believe we don’t need can be removed from the Production

Do you have access to the BC admin center?
can you check the BC version of each environment?
Please check if there is anything in the message center related to the issues of environment updates
