I have the same question (0)1.You need to add custom field to show source of records and this field will be update when record will be create from respective source.For Outlook there ia an option of Track and Untrack for Opprotunity,lead and case entity.
2.There is no way secure config to transfer in solution import you have move it manually or you can use unsecure config.Following link will help you to understand.
