Roll up Activities from a Custom Entity to Case

Hi all,

I have a requirement which requires activities from a Custom Entity to the Parent Case. I know that you can enable the Rollup view in the Relationship but the option seems to be greyed out. Is this option only available for Account and Contact entities? Would this need JavaScript development to show the activities instead?

    I haven't used this feature in my project but it seems that it is enabled for Account and Contact only - community.dynamics.com/.../configure-rollup-view-for-activities-with-dynamics-crm-365

    If you want to implement this rollup JavaScript would not be enough unfortunately. Here is articles that can help you:
