Can't reverse the disposal transaction, an error notification shows as below: The transaction for voucher# cannot be reversed.

Can you please try from customer transactions.
You may have some corrupt data there as a result of all the previous transactions and transaction reversals. Hard to tell with the little info we have to go on. I would ask a technical resource to analyze a trace on the reversal attempt.

I'm curious. How would reversing a scrap disposal from customer transactions work? I thought customer trans was only affected by a sale disposal. Thanks!
Hi Frank, the transaction being reversed is a disposal transaction.
Yes, but you indicated it was a scrap disposal, not a sale disposal. Accounts receivable only comes into play in a sale disposal scenario, to my knowledge. I'm curious how/why a scrap disposal would create any transaction in A/R?
