"HTTP Error 404.0" error with HResult code 0x80070002

Hello All,

I am trying to hit URL : http://localhost:8080/DynamicsNAV70

But Getting error : "HTTP Error 404.0" error"

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Most likely causes:
•The directory or file specified does not exist on the Web server.
•The URL contains a typographical error.
•A custom filter or module, such as URLScan, restricts access to the file.

I am trying to hit this URL with Web Client instance on IIS.

Please let me know what's wrong with my setup or configuration?

Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated!!

open the iis admin tool and run the web client application from there hitting browse menu.check if you get the same error. it can be that the url is not right.
