Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Extended Pricing is enabled for all Users in LIVE but only for DYNSA in TEST

A very strange as it look

  • in my LIVE company extended pricing works fine and enabled for all users.
  • in TEST , it is enabled only for DYNSA. same DYNAMICS
  • but not enabled for Users and when as 'User' I try to select the 'option' of Enable Extended Pricing' under Tools>setup>Sales> Enable Extended Pricing' GP freezes and does nothing.

Could it be a bug or something else

    So for some reason table SY05501 in Dynamics was missing the values to for the extended pricing inquiry. Once I updated the values in live , it worked. Thanks everyone
