A customer had a transaction using Visa credit card that was delayed for 5 days. This caused a batch duplication error everyday until the transaction posted as settled. This was the last transaction completed before settling the batch initially. It eventually settled on its own. Has anyone experienced this? Or does anyone have any comments?

EDC, credit card transaction. It was strange because the processor did not even see the transaction. However, it was on the batch report.
Not sure what a CAEDC, as far as the delay, talk to the processor/bank.
