Problem in Connector for Microsoft Dynamics

hello

i have a problem with connector for microsoft dynamics

i already have CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 2010

all steps in installing and configuration is alright but

the connector doesnt synchronize any data between them except Shipping Methods and Payment Terms

should i do something to sync customer and sales processing between them ????

    Shady,

    Shipping methods and payment terms get integrated when you run the PicklistSync utility, so it looks your problem is limited to the entities that get integrated by the Connector service.

    I would suggest to enable the Connector service log so you can see what's going on. To do that, edit the Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.Service.exe.config file that is located in the Connector installation folder, and set the tracelog switch value to 4:

       <switches>

         <add name="Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.TraceLog" value="4"/>

       </switches>

    Then, you need to restart the Connector service and activate one of the maps (remember to click the Save button after to activate the map). After several minutes go to the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft Dynamics\Connector for Microsoft Dynamics\Logs folder and find the Service log. It will show you all activity of the service since the TraceLog was enabled.

    Do you see any activity of the service? Any errors/warnings in that log file?

    Note: When once you are done with debugging you should set the TraceLog switch back to zero and restart the Connector service as if you leave it set to 4, the log file will grow over time what can impact the Connector performance.

    Also please note that the Sales Order and Invoice maps will not integrate historical data by default, but just orders and invoices that were added/modified after the map was created (unless you change the 'Check for data modified after' date in the map and restart the Connector service).

    all picklist sync complete and succeeded  and also all maps is activated and service is running with out error

    actually i do all the steps in microsoft videos about configuring connector step by step

    but final result it just sync shipping methods  and payment terms only !!!

    already not see any data like products or customers between them !!!

    Gus, same they will tell in GP forum ... this software between CRM and ERP ...

    PickLists synched using utility, not connector.

    - Are you created new Integration in Connector

    - is any map Active

    - Is there any errors for any maps?

    I think that this would be better answered on the GP forum, I am not sure if there is anything that needs to be done on the CRM Side.
