After Installing CRM Mobile App in my IPhone will it look similar as it looks in PC & Lap.

I have seen it. It's look is different as of in PC's. Not only that we are able to see only few entities.

At first i won't use to get Orders,Invoices,Invoice Product,Order Product,Products,Ctrcts,Ctrct Line. But after Performing Customization & selecting the CRM in Mobile Phone Option in those entities am able to See these all as well. but not able to see the price associated with the Product in Orders & Invoices.

Am i missing any thing else.? Or with this app we get only few entities but not all???????

    You get to choose which entities you can see in your phone.

    To see what is enabled OOTB, what you can add,  go to: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531085.aspx

    The capabilities are generally sufficient for most organisations.

    If the restrictions are too great  for you then you may like to look at the Resco solution.

    Hi Fathima,

    What are specific entities that you do not see?

    What it he iOs and CRM version?

    There are some limitations with the Mobile Client but before being able to say that we need to understand the behavior you are reporting.

    Hi all,

    Once again Thank u for the quick reply.I found out the solution

    This error is becoz of insufficient permissions to the user.

    In security role we have to provide read Permissions to the Organisation.Then it works 5n in Resco CRM App.

    Yes, the permissions were the issue here. Glad it works now.

    I've talked to Matus, our support guy, who is now communicating with you in person - I am sure together you'll get to enable the goal entity. For those, who might stumble on this topic and wonder the same: yes, goals are available in the Resco client.
